LIVING SYSTEM MINISTRY is an approach to Christian ministry in the Western world that recognizes the differences between cats, the world God created, and toasters, the world we create using our technology and our capacities, limited as they are. When we understand the difference, and learn to work in and with God’s large living systems, our ministry will be much more effective.
The concept of Living System Ministry has been developed by Dr. Douglas Hall, President of Emmanuel Gospel Center (EGC), and a growing team of EGC staff, to express the fact that churches and the communities they exist in are complex interrelated systems.
